Information about your return

Returns are without exception for products marked "Basic model with right of return". Individually configured and custom models are excluded from return. (The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.)

Returns within Austria

"Basic products with right of return" can be returned within 14 days within Austria free shipping to us.

 How it works:

  • Please enter the item, the reason for return, the name and the invoice number on the return form.
  • Place the items together with the return slip in the original package and glue the package. Please note that the address lable is not destroyed or pasted over. Post the parcel at your post office or post partner as a "return parcel".
  • Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the receipt of the returned goods and after checking the goods, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you - according to the method of payment chosen by you.
  • If you would like to order another item or a different size, you will receive a credit, which you can redeem at the next order. The new items are not sent automatically, but must be re-ordered by you.

Returns from abroad (outside Austria)

"Basic products with right of return" can be returned to us within 14 days. Please understand that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad must be paid by the customer. Parcels with invoice by recipient will not be accepted and sent back.

How it works:

 

  • Please enter the item, the return reason, the name and the invoice number on the return form.
  • Put the items together with the return slip in the package.

  • Please arrange a registered return so that your parcel can be tracked in case of loss via a tracking number.
  • Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the receipt of the returned goods and after checking the goods, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you - according to the method of payment chosen by you.
  • If you would like to order another item or a different size, you will receive a credit, which you can redeem at the next order. The new items are not sent automatically, but must be re-ordered by you.
