About Jeans Denim

Material and care labels

The flax (or linen) is grown by Austrian organic farmers. The fiber is made from the stems of the plant. The linen fiber is smooth and the fabric is lint and less susceptible to dirt and bacteria. The ompura Jeans consists of 40% linen and 60% certified organic cotton from Turkey.
The classic denim jeans fabric is made with a twill weave. Traditionally, only the warp yarn is dyed for denim, the weft threads but are uncolored. Thus, the fabric has the classic jeans look. The outstanding properties of domestic flax fiber give the jeans a soft feel. The production takes place in a small weaving in Mühlviertel - Austria.
